The Montana Synod is divided up into twelve regional clusters served by Cluster Deans.

2. Beartooth Cluster:  Big Horn County WY - Carbon County - Golden Valley County - Park County WY - Washakie County WY -  Yellowstone County
   
3. Crazy Mountains Cluster:  Gallatin County - Meagher County - Park County - Stillwater County - Sweetgrass County - Wheatland County
4. Five Valleys Cluster:  Lake County - Missoula County - Ravalli County -  Sanders County
5. Flathead Cluster:  Flathead County - Lake County - Lincoln County
6. Fort Peck Cluster:  Phillips County - Roosevelt County - Valley County
7. Golden Triangle Cluster:  Glacier County - Teton County - Toole County
8. Great Divide Cluster:  Broadwater County - Deer Lodge County - Lewis and Clark County - Silver Bow County
9. Northeast Cluster:  Roosevelt County - Sheridan County
10. Russell Country Cluster:  Cascade County - Fergus County
11. Shepherd Cluster:  Big Horn County - Musselshell County - Sheridan County WY - Yellowstone County
12. Southeast Cluster:  Carter County - Dawson County - Fallon County - Garfield County - McCone County - Powder River County - Prairie County - Richland County
